This book seriously challenged what I'd considered "healthy" as far as food was concerned. Eat more fat? You've got to be kidding! I needed some serious convincing... of the scientific kind - but the more I've investigated and looked into this, the more convinced I've become... enough to change the habits of a lifetime, and revolutionise my kitchen.
